Meaning of forms
noun
- (heading, physical) To do with shape.
- (social) To do with structure or procedure.
- A blank document or template to be filled in by the user. Example: To apply for the position, complete the application form.
- A specimen document to be copied or imitated.
- Level of performance. Example: The orchestra was on top form this evening.
verb
- To assume (a certain shape or visible structure). Example: When you kids form a straight line I'll hand out the lollies.
- To give (a shape or visible structure) to a thing or person. Example: Roll out the dough to form a thin sheet.
- To take shape. Example: When icicles start to form on the eaves you know the roads will be icy.

How It Works
The tool cleans the input, compares it against a local English word list, and then tries to load definitions from a free dictionary source when available.
